Silver Grove School* welcomes aspiring students into a nurturing environment where academic excellence and holistic development go hand in hand. Admissions are granted on the basis of merit, availability of seats, and adherence to the guidelines prescribed by the school management.
1. Admission Enquiry & Registration
Parents/Guardians seeking admission may visit the school campus on any working day between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM or fill out the Online Enquiry Form available on our website. The Admission Counsellor will provide detailed information regarding curriculum, facilities, and fee structure.
To initiate the process, parents must obtain the Admission Form from the school office and submit it with the registration fee.
2. Age Criteria

Nursery 3+ Years
LKG 4+ Years
UKG 5+ Years
Class I 6+ Years
Age criteria for subsequent classes will be considered accordingly. Birth Certificate is mandatory for verification.
3. Entrance Interaction / Assessment
- Pre-Primary (Nursery–UKG): An informal interaction with the child and parents to assess basic communication, motor skills, and school readiness.
- Class I onwards: A basic written assessment in English, Hindi, and Mathematics based on the previous class syllabus, followed by an interaction with the Academic Coordinator.
4. Documents Required at the Time of Admission
1. Duly filled Admission Form with recent passport-size photographs of the student and parents
2. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Authority (Original + Photocopy)
3. Transfer Certificate from the previous school (Class I onwards)
4. Report Card/Mark Sheet of the previous class
5. Aadhaar Card copy of student and parents
6. Address Proof & ID Proof of parents
7. Medical Fitness Certificate
5. Admission Confirmation
Upon successful completion of the interaction/assessment and document verification, admission will be confirmed subject to seat availability. Parents are required to deposit the admission fee and first installment of the tuition fee within 3 working days to secure the seat.
6. Academic Session
The academic session commences in April each year. Admissions are normally closed by 31st May, unless vacancies exist.
7. General Guidelines
- The school reserves the right to grant or deny admission without assigning any reason.
- All fees once paid are non-refundable.
- Transport facility is optional and available on select routes subject to availability.
