Students of Silver Grove School participated in an orientation session on the “Mock Parliament” programme, designed to provide them with a practical understanding of the functioning of the Indian Parliament. The session introduced learners to the roles and responsibilities of the Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha, the legislative process, and the significance of debate and discussion in a democratic framework. The young participants engaged with great enthusiasm, exploring how elected representatives deliberate and make decisions that shape the nation. This experience fostered a deeper appreciation for democratic values, civic responsibility, and active citizenship.
