English Language Day is celebrated globally on the birth and death anniversary of William Shakespeare. On this occasion, our school organized a variety of engaging activities and competitions to promote a love for the English language and literature. The KG section presented delightful poems, while students of Classes I and II also participated in poem recitation with great enthusiasm. A Reading Competition was conducted for students of Classes I to V to enhance their reading skills and confidence. Students of Class IX presented a performance of “Julius Caesar”, showcasing their acting skills and understanding of Shakespearean drama. Additionally, students from Classes VI to XII participated in Extempore Speaking, expressing their thoughts with confidence and clarity. The celebration provided a wonderful platform for students to develop their communication skills, creativity, and appreciation for English literature.
